Gina Stein
Partner
Since 2007, Gina has specialized in the area of probate and trust litigation, including the representation of clients in will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty and surcharge litigation, financial elder abuse claims, contested conservatorships, and probate-related appeals. Gina complements her practice by acting as a mediator for probate disputes through the West Coast Resolution Group, and by serving as a settlement judge pro tem with the San Diego Superior Court, Probate Division. She is also a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the California Bar and the San Diego County Bar Association, and a Board Member of Probate Attorneys of San Diego (PASD).
